John joined Spinnaker in 1994 and has more than 30 years of experience in real estate operations and property management. As Director of Property Management, a role he assumed in 2016, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s real estate assets, helping ensure strong property performance, efficient building operations, and consistent execution across the portfolio.

In addition to his operational leadership, John plays a key role in advancing Spinnaker’s commitment to energy efficiency, sustainability, and resiliency. His work has included the implementation of cool roof systems, solar photovoltaic (PV) installations, energy-efficient lighting upgrades, and retrofits to high-efficiency HVAC systems.

His long tenure and practical expertise have made him an important part of Spinnaker’s approach to responsible ownership, operational excellence, and long-term asset stewardship.
