Will Cannon joined Spinnaker Real Estate Partners in 2023 as a Development Manager. He is responsible for managing projects through the full development lifecycle, including acquisitions, feasibility analysis, due diligence, financing, design, entitlements, construction management, and coordination with property management through stabilization. Across his career, he has contributed to the development of more than 1,000 residential units representing over $500 million in stabilized value.

Will earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Connecticut College, where he now serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching Financial Markets and Institutions. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving as District Co-Chair for the Fairfield/Westchester chapter, and is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA).
