Staci H. Bachman serves as Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel at Spinnaker Real Estate Partners, where she provides strategic legal guidance across the firm’s portfolio and business operations. She brings more than 30 years of experience advising commercial real estate developers, lenders, joint ventures, landlords, and tenants, and has worked alongside Spinnaker for over two decades before formally joining the firm in December 2020.

Her experience spans the legal and transactional issues that shape real estate investment and execution, including development, financing, joint venture structuring, leasing, and portfolio-level risk management.

At Spinnaker, she helps support the firm’s vertically integrated platform by providing practical, business-minded counsel across acquisitions, development, construction, operations, and asset management.
