Matthew Edvardsen is a senior development leader at Spinnaker Real Estate Partners, where he plays a central role in the execution of the firm’s investment, development, construction, and asset management activities.

Over the course of his tenure, he has contributed to the sourcing, structuring, planning, permitting, and delivery of complex mixed-use and multifamily projects representing more than $750 million in stabilized value. His experience spans the full development lifecycle, with a focus on aligning financial discipline, design quality, and executional rigor.

In addition to his work within Spinnaker’s development platform, Matthew co-founded Halyard Building Company alongside Clay Fowler, helping expand the firm’s integrated construction capabilities and deepen coordination between development strategy and field execution. His leadership reflects Spinnaker’s broader approach: disciplined, hands-on, and grounded in the belief that successful projects require both long-range vision and careful day-to-day management.
