Jennifer Khan serves as Chief Accounting Officer, Operating Assets at Spinnaker Real Estate Partners, where she oversees accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance across the firm’s portfolio. With nearly two decades of experience in real estate and fund accounting, she brings deep expertise in portfolio management, financial controls, and process improvement.

Prior to joining Spinnaker, Ms. Khan held senior accounting roles at Greenfield Partners and North Mill Equipment Finance, where she was responsible for fund-level reporting, asset oversight, and enhancing operational efficiencies. She began her career at The Patriot Group and CiraConnect, building a strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis.

Ms. Khan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Accounting at the University of Connecticut.
