Bill White is President of Halyard Building Company, Spinnaker’s affiliated construction management platform, and brings more than 35 years of construction experience across a wide range of project types.

His background includes retail, adaptive reuse, automotive dealerships, restaurants, commercial properties, and residential development, with the last two decades focused primarily on multifamily mixed-use construction. Over that period, he has successfully completed more than 3,500 residential units.

Bill’s leadership combines deep field experience with the discipline required to manage large-scale, complex projects from preconstruction through delivery. Spinnaker’s public capabilities page notes that he has overseen approximately $500 million in construction costs with the firm, reflecting a hands-on role in advancing projects that demand coordination, budget control, scheduling rigor, and a strong execution mindset.
