Alanna Morque is the Chief of Staff at Spinnaker Real Estate Partners LLC, where she collaborates most closely with the firms’ President Matthew Edvardsen to drive strategic growth and oversee company-wide operations. She served as Development Manager for five years, leading the execution of large-scale mixed-use projects, including The Audubon New Haven and The Anthem Square 10 New Haven.

Prior to Spinnaker, she worked at the Boston Planning and Development Agency, focusing on redevelopment and adaptive reuse of public assets. Over her career, she has managed more than $500 million in development activity.

Ms. Morque is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on its Urban Revitalization Product Council. She holds a degree from Bates College and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sustainability Management at Columbia University. She resides in Darien, Connecticut.
