The Village at Saugatuck will expand Westport’s limited supply of multifamily and affordable housing, offering an option for households priced out of single-family homes in one of the country’s most expensive areas. Located within walking distance of a commuter rail station, the project is commuting-distance from major job centers in New Haven and New York City.

Half of the units will be affordable to households earning 60%–120% AMI, and family-sized two- and three-bedroom homes will give families access to one of the best school districts in the nation.
