Cynthia joined Spinnaker Real Estate Partners as Chief Financial Officer in February 2007 and took on the additional role of Treasurer in 2023.

She leads the firm’s financial and administrative functions, overseeing financial planning and accounting, treasury operations, financial reporting, asset and portfolio management, risk management, and tax planning and compliance.

Her role is central to the financial stewardship of the organization, helping support Spinnaker’s investment strategy, portfolio oversight, and long-term execution platform. With a disciplined approach to financial management and organizational operations, Cynthia helps provide the structure, controls, and reporting framework necessary to support a growing and vertically integrated real estate business. She is a graduate of Boston College and the New York University Graduate School of Real Estate.
