A transit-oriented development comprising a multifamily and commercial complex was completed in 2020. The project features the historic rehabilitation of an original shirt factory alongside a new 106-unit apartment building offering Class A amenities. Open concept apartment style living with oversized windows, modern appliances, oversized terraces, and water views from select units.
